  • Can I return or exchange an item?
    Yes, you can return products within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
  • Can I place a custom order?
    Yes, we offer custom embroidery options for personalized designs. Please note that custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started. You will receive a digital proof for approval before we begin production. Contact us for more information.

    When you place an order, your t-shirt is made especially for you. This means we don’t start production until you’ve made your purchase. This approach helps us minimize overproduction and reduce our environmental impact.

    All our t-shirts are made with organic cotton and are sourced from ethical manufacturers. Each t-shirt is embroidered and crafted with care to ensure the highest quality.
  • Can I track my order?

  • How should I care for my embroidered t-shirt?
    To keep your embroidered t-shirt looking its best, we recommend washing it inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water. Avoid bleach, and tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the embroidery.

    If you receive a defective item or there’s an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
