International Shipping:

Return & Refund Policy
At PijpCraft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return the products within 14 days of receiving them.
Return Conditions:

Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
How to Return:

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that PijpCraft is not responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
